Welcome to our Member Policies page. aim is to provide a safe, inclusive, respectful, and enjoyable environment where every member can learn and develon Taekwondo. To help us achieve this, all members are expected to read, understand, and follow the policies and procedures outlined on this page.
BBTA is committed to ensuring the safety well-being of all individuals involved in our organization. Our safeguarding policy the measures we implement to protect vulnerable individuals from harm and a safe environment. We prioritize transparency and accountability, ensuring that everyone understands their in safeguarding. Together, we strive to create a culture of trust and safety within our community.
These policies cover important information including club expectations, safeguarding, health and safety, attendance, grading, codes of conduct, and other club procedures designed to support the wellbeing of all members.
As a member of our club, you are also required to comply with the rules, regulations, and Code of Conduct of BBTA Taekwondo. These standards help ensure that everyone trains safely, treats others with respect, and upholds the core values of Taekwondo: Courtesy, Integrity, Perseverance, Self-Control, and Indomitable Spirit.
For members under the age of 18, a parent or legal guardian must read and accept these policies on the member's behalf and is responsible for ensuring they understand and follow them.
By joining the club and renewing your membership each year, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to abide by our club policies together with the requirements of BBTA Taekwondo.
